12 CPE and satisfies requirements for Certification by the Treasurer's Association of Virginia and VGFOA Certificate Program. A certification exam will be given immediately after the end of the class.

Objective

The Short Term Investment course will cover topics such as the Basic Investment Concepts, Investment Vehicles, Security Safekeeping, Accounting, Cash Flow Analysis, Developing an Investment Policy, Performance Benchmarks, Borrowing Money and Developing an Investment Strategy
