How to Register Online for a
Sponsorship/Exhibit Booth:
If
you are interested in exhibiting at the
Conference, please print out the
Exhibitor Location Diagram
as a reference when registering for your
exhibit space.
Once
you have reviewed the information on this
page and are ready to register your
organization as a Sponsor or Exhibitor, click on the Sponsor/Exhibitor
Registration link located on the left menu
bar of this page.
In order to register for an exhibit booth or
sponsorship for the Spring Conference, you
must be listed as the primary contact for
your organization. If you are not already
listed as the primary contact, please
contact the VGFOA Administration.
Once
you are listed as the primary contact,
log
in with your email address and password.
After you log in, you will be at the 'VGFOA
Member Services' page.
Click the 'Membership and Register' tab on
the left side of your screen. Select your
organization to 'shop for' in the drop-down
box and click 'Go to Shopping'.
You
may then scroll down and select the Exhibit
Booth or Sponsorship of your choice.
Please note: All
sponsorships are titled as 'Booth:
Sponsorship Item' (example - Booth: Thurs AM
Break). We're using the Exhibit Booth
registration system in order to accept
sponsorships online - just ignore the term
'booth' if you are registering as a sponsor.
Exhibit booths are not included in your
sponsorship fee unless you are sponsoring an
event for $3,000 or more (see Sponsorship
Information above).
How to Register Your Attendees:
All
sponsorships of $500 or more and all exhibit fees include
one free attendee. Additional attendees are
$150 each.
In
order to register your sponsor/exhibitor
attendees, first purchase your exhibit booth
or sponsorship. Once payment has been made,
please contact Caitlin Farrell, VGFOA
Administration, at
cfarrell@vgfoa.org, and provide
a list of your attendees, including their
names, email address and any dietary
restrictions. At that time, we will confirm
your sponsorship/exhibit booth purchase and
register your attendees at the discounted
rate. If you only have a preliminary list of
your conference attendees, you may still
submit their information as substitution may
be done at any time.
How to Make Hotel Reservations:
Once
your attendees are registered for the
conference, they will each receive a
confirmation email with further instructions
on how to proceed with hotel reservations.
Registration for the conference must be
completed prior to making hotel
reservations.
Additional Information Needed:
If
you did not sponsor or exhibit at either the
2011 Spring or Fall Conference, or if you
have an updated logo or description, you
will need to submit the following
information in order to be included in the
conference materials and the VGFOA website:
1.
Company logo in JPG, GIF or PNG format
2. A
brief company description

Deadlines:
In
order for your company logo and description
to be included in the conference program,
please submit these items by April 24th.
The
deadline for submitting conference program
advertisements is also April 24th.
