Hilton Hotel Rate & Reservation Information **SOLD OUT**

The VGFOA has reserved a block of rooms at the Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront hotel at a conference group rate of $154.00 + taxes (single or double) for June 3 through June 5.  When making reservations (1-800-445-8667) be sure to ask for the VGFOA group rate.  Reservations must be made by May 4, 2009 to secure group rate.  Cancellations need to be made by May 17th (2 weeks prior to arrival date) or guests will be charged for one nights stay.

The VGFOA has reserved a limited block of rooms at the Ocean Beach Club Resort.  Reservations must be made by May 11, 2009 by contacting Mary Barnes at 757-368-1982 or make your reservations at the Ocean Beach Club online by clicking HERE. 

Rate:
Queen bed efficiencies are available for $149.00 + taxes for June 3 and June 4. 
Ocean view suites are available for $225.00 + taxes for June 3 and June 4.  

Check-in time is 4:00 PM; Check-out time is 10:00 AM

Parking fee is $7 per day per car

Cancellation: In event a guest must cancel a confirmed reservation, no penalty will result if notice is received at least SEVENTY-TWO (72) HOURS prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. If the reservation is not cancelled by this time, the advance deposit (first night’s room and tax) will be retained as a late cancellation fee.
