Room Rates:  $115 single occupancy and $135 double occupancy.

Reservations Deadline:  Reservations deadline for group rate is September 30, 2008 or until block sells out, so book early.

Reservations Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a reservation do so at least 24 hours before arrival to avoid cancellation penalties. (see the Hotel Roanoke terms and conditions for additional information)

Shuttle Service (Getting to the Hotel Roanoke from Hyatt Place): 

Shuttle service will be available to transport conference attendees from the Hyatt Place to the Hotel Roanoke.  The shuttle service will
depart from the Hyatt Place on Thursday, October 30th and Friday, October 31st at 7:15 a.m.; with a shuttle departing from Hotel Roanoke returning to Hyatt Place on Thursday, October 30th at 7:30 p.m., and Friday afternoon at 1 o’clock.
