What are the space assignments/allocations for exhibitors?
The
specific space assignments will be determined by the Hilton
Hotel. Each exhibitor will be provided with an 8' table. Please note that
only one table per vendor is available.

What is the schedule for exhibitors?
Setup 2:00
- 7:00 on Wednesday, May 23.
Must vacate by Friday, May 25, 3:30 p.m.
4. At what times
will
we have the most traffic?
Wednesday
3:00 - 6:00 (heaviest traffic as there are no sessions
scheduled.)
Thursday 9:00 - 5:00 (heaviest concentration around breaks at
10:00 and 3:00)
Friday 9:00 - 12:00 (heaviest concentration around the break at
10:30)
5. Is there
security in the exhibit area?
The
exhibitor space is not a secure area, so please do not leave
valuable items such as computers at exhibitor stations,
especially overnight.
6. Is electricity available in the exhibit area?
Yes,
but for those requiring electricity please remember to bring
your extension cords, surge protectors, etc. The Hilton
requires 10 days advance request for electrical service.

requires a 10 day advance request and payment of a service fee.
