What are the space assignments/allocations for exhibitors?
The specific space
assignments will be determined by the Sheraton. The
exhibitor tables are
6’ X 3’.
Please
note only one table per vendor is available. Space
limitations prevent having additional tables.

What is the schedule for exhibitors?
Set-up after 2:00 p.m.
on Sunday, June 4.
Vacate by 3:00 p.m. Tuesday June 6.
4. At what times
will
we have the most traffic?
Sunday 3:00 – 6:00
(heaviest traffic as there are no sessions scheduled)
Monday 9:00 – 5:00 (heaviest concentration around breaks
at 10:00 and 3:00)
Tuesday 9:00 – 3:00 (heaviest
concentration around the 10:30 break)
Please
note several governments are sending staff exclusively to meet
with vendors, especially software vendors.
Vendors should be prepared to provide demonstrations on Monday.
5. Is there
security in the exhibit area?
No, the
exhibitor space is not a secure area, so please do not leave
valuable items such as computers at exhibitor stations,
especially overnight.
6. Is electricity available in the exhibit area?
Yes, but for
those requiring electricity please remember to bring your own extension cords, surge protectors, etc.
7.
Is High Speed Internet access available in the exhibit area?
Yes, but arrangements for High Speed Internet must be made by May 31 with
the Sheraton (Contact: Christine Palmer,
palmer@thrvb.com).
Fees will apply at
$100/day/computer.
